W.I.L.D. is based south of Cambridge (UK) and we run courses in bushcraft, survival and traditional woodland skills.
There are two ways to approach outdoor adventure: the Bear Grylls way of survival, pitting your wits against the wilds, high octane fun and adventure. Or the Ray Mears bushcraft way of listening and learning from nature, using your wisdom and skills to negotiate the wilds. Both ways work very well and we combine the best of both to give people a deeper understanding of the natural environment around them on courses that are accessible to all, young and old, men and women.
Covid19: we are taking bookings for Mum’s decompress sessions and bespoke events, obviously keeping inline with restrictions as they are announced, all bookings will be refunded if cancelled because of covid.
We are always happy to accommodate private bookings, from kids or adult parties to one to one tuition on a particular traditional skill. The menus here are based on most common requests days, please use the ‘other’ menu to enquire about a different activity or skill.
Our family Bushcraft Courses are designed to suit all ages and experience from gentle woodland walks and traditional bushcraft skills to overnight camp outs under the stars, and more advanced survival techniques.
The wild woods offers a unique day out and radical change from the working day. We have a number of suggested days out you can choose from or call us and we can design a day around your team.
