About W.I.L.D

David started WILD ltd over 20years ago, his bond with nature was woven into the fabric of his being from childhood, spending every possible moment immersed in the outdoors. This early passion evolved into a life’s mission after an unforgettable year and a half living and working with indigenous communities in the Amazon. There, he not only deepened his connection with nature but was privileged to learn their ways of traditional bushcraft, honing skills that have been passed down through generations.

He also trained in Ray Mears bushcraft school and under their tutelage, he refined his skills and philosophy towards outdoor living, learning the importance of harmony with the natural world.

For the past two decades, he has had the honour of sharing his knowledge and passion with others, teaching adults, children, and corporate teams the art of bushcraft. His courses are more than just learning survival skills; they are about rekindling our intrinsic relationship with nature. He strives to empower his students with not only the skills but the respect and love for the environment that sustains us.

My passion lies in reintroducing people to nature. In a world where screens often dominate our attention, I believe in the transformative power of the outdoors to heal, inspire, and reconnect us to what truly matters. At WILD, we don’t just teach bushcraft; we facilitate a return to our roots, to a way of life where every breath and step brings us closer to the Nature.

Join me on this journey to discover the whispers of the wild, the lessons of the leaves, and the bonds that bind us to this incredible planet. Together, let’s reawaken our innate connection to the natural world and create memories that echo through the tranquillity of the wilderness.

About W.I.L.D

Wilderness Imagination Learning & Discovery

Being out in nature is a magical experience but modern living removes us from it more and more. So, our mission is to get people to reconnect with the fun and adventures they can have outdoors. With the hope that this might make people value and protect the natural world rather than just exploit it…
